For this 30-inch pipeline replacement project, I3 Engineering provided comprehensive support from initial planning through final turnover. Our team began with the civil survey and development of detailed alignment sheets, along with permitting assistance for a bored road crossing beneath a heavily traveled roadway.

During construction, we delivered on-site inspection services and completed the as-built survey to ensure accurate documentation of the installation. Upon project completion, we compiled, verified, and organized all PHMSA-required documentation, providing the client with a complete and compliant records package.
