PHMSA Requirements​

When a client operating in southwest Pennsylvania required a swift and cost-effective turnkey design for a well pad production facility and adjacent Measurement & Regulation (M&R) station compliant with interstate pipeline standards, they turned to I3 Engineering.

Our team delivered a fully integrated design package spanning from the wellhead to the interstate transmission interconnect. We specified all required equipment, completed the mechanical, civil, and electrical design, and provided comprehensive project management throughout execution. In close coordination with the construction contractor, we addressed field inquiries, conducted on-site inspections, and maintained detailed documentation to ensure PHMSA compliance for the regulated portions of the system.
