PA Well Pad Compression

Our team recently completed a project in Pennsylvania that included an all-inclusive design for the addition of a compressor unit, suction and discharge filtration equipment, and associated piping required to get the customer’s existing production on compression.

This compressor installation was a retrofit to an original I3 Engineering well pad design and layout that was completed previously. Our team was responsible for providing a comprehensive design that could be used to coordinate the compressor installation effort while additional wells were being drilled and completed on the well site. Additionally, our scope included the specification of the compressor unit and securing the contract agreement from the third-party compressor service provider, as well as the specification and procurement of the suction and discharge filtration equipment and piping. Our qualified personnel inspected the welding, hydrostatic testing, cathodic protection installation and coating processes. We also provided the customer with all corresponding as-built documentation at the completion of the project.

This project helped our customer maximize their flowrates from this well site and provide additional revenue growth!
