I3 Welcomes Jessica Szczepanski and 2026 Summer Internship Class

We’re excited to welcome a few new and familiar faces to I3!

Jessica Szczepanski has officially joined the I3 team full-time as a Civil Engineer after interning with us last summer and graduating this May with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

We’re also kicking off our 2026 Summer Internship Program with:

Chase Harr

Mechanical Engineering, West Virginia University

Colton Sounders

Civil Engineering, West Virginia University

Megan and Chase are returning for their second summer as interns, while Colton is joining us for his first summer with the team.

During first-week orientation, Intern Program Lead Adam Sayres helped set the stage for the summer ahead, outlining the various disciplines the interns will explore throughout the program.

We look forward to seeing the impact Jessica, Megan, Chase, and Colton will make this summer and beyond!
