This project involved the installation of approximately 3,300 feet of new 8-inch steel pipeline, including two horizontal directional drills (HDDs). I3 Engineering managed the project on behalf of the client, providing comprehensive oversight from design through final closeout.

Our scope included HDD design, material sourcing and procurement, preparation of construction documentation, on-site inspection services, survey as-built development, and assembly of the DOT completion record book. The HDD crossings required careful planning and coordination to ensure safe and compliant installation beneath existing infrastructure.
