This project involved the replacement of an outdated boiler system at an existing facility. To accommodate the new boiler and associated equipment, the auxiliary building required a comprehensive redesign and retrofit.

I3 Engineering specified the replacement boiler and supporting systems, developed the retrofit design to allow for implementation with minimal operational downtime, prepared complete construction bid packages, and provided overall project management throughout execution. Our team coordinated design, procurement, and construction activities to ensure a smooth transition from the existing system to the upgraded installation.
